The Benefits of Alkalinity for Weight Loss

Tomlinson, TIn his new book The Alkaline Cure: Lose Weight, Gain Energy and Feel Young, Dr. Stephan Domenig reminds us that most people’s bodies are too acidic, resulting in low energy, weight gain and health issues.

Why is an internal acidic pH a problem? This isn’t about acid indigestion or heartburn. It’s about the pH of your internal body.
